Can I bring an existing site?
Yes. Send us your current host's credentials (or a backup), we migrate, test on a staging URL, then point DNS. Most sites move in a couple of hours.
What if I outgrow my plan?
Upgrade in one click from the customer portal, prorated for the rest of the month. No site downtime; resource quotas increase live.
What about email?
Every plan includes mailboxes. SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are configured automatically. Reputation monitored — if you start sending spam from a compromised account we suspend SMTP for that mailbox and tell you.
What if you go out of business?
Our platform (Counter) is open source under AGPL. You can always export a complete tarball of your site files and databases from the customer portal — no lock-in. Detailed in our exit policy.
