What we collect
When you use Uplink Web Services we collect:
- Account info — name, business name, email, phone, ABN (if provided)
- Billing info — handled by Stripe, our payment processor; we don't store card numbers
- Operational data — server logs, error reports, usage metrics on hosted services we provide
- Communications — emails, support tickets, and notes from calls
Why we collect it
To deliver the service you've signed up for, to bill you correctly, to support you when something goes wrong, and to improve our products. We don't profile you, and we don't run ad tracking on our own properties.
Where it lives
Operational data is stored in Australia (Sydney). Stripe and other payment processors hold a subset under their own privacy terms. We don't transfer your data outside Australia without telling you.
Who we share it with
Nobody, except where required to deliver the service (Stripe for payments, email-delivery providers for our outbound mail) or where compelled by Australian law. We never sell your data.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you can ask us at any time:
- What we hold about you
- To correct it if wrong
- To delete it (where we're not required by law to retain it)
- To export it
